Automne PAVIA silver medal.

Congratulations with our young person levaloisienne Automne PAVIA (- 57kg) who brings back for us from Bangkok to Thailand a splendid silver medal.
It beats respectively before the end of the prescribed times, Chinese Xuan Yi ANG, American Hana CARMICHAEL, the Egyptian woman Amal ASHRAF and finally Slovak Tina TRSTENJAK.
Automne is inclined finally vis-a-vis Brazilian Rafaela SILVA.

European Club Cup

In Tallinn (Estonia), 2 teams of the LSC JUDO on the podiums.

Like last year, the female and male teams finished respectively with the second and third place.
The team of the girls made up of Laëtitia PAYET, Pénélope BONNA, Fanny EURANIE, Emmanuelle PAYET and Gévrise EMANES had to overcome her handicap with the absence of Lucie LOUETTE into +70 (in convalescence after a wound with ankle).
Our athletes all the same succeeded in being finally beating Turkish of Ilkadim initially then the Frenchwomen of Red Star Champigny.
Unfortunately for us, once more, US Orleans was essential with on the key new blessée in the camp of Levallois, Emmanuelle PAYET which suffers from a large ankle sprain right and which gave up at the time of its last combat.
Among boys, all appeared quite committed since Turkish of Izmir fell to the first turn, then it was the Russian team of Otechetsvo which underwent the law of Levallois.
Clement CZUKIEWYCZ, Nicolas BODOU, Baptist LEROY, Benjamin DARBELET, Alain SCHMITT, Vincent MASSIMINO, Matthieu DAFREVILLE, Mathieu BATAILLE, Cyrille MARET and Jean-Sebastien BONVOISIN composed the unit of this artillery.
For the place in semi-final the Russian team of Gladiator presented itself which carried it by 4 victories with 3 and left the LSC JUDO in the third place.

World Championship all categories

Ticketting is open

For all those which want to attend first world, 20 and 21 December 2008 with Levallois will be held the first world championship all categories.
Y will appear the 64 best male and female judokas of the planet who will fight to obtain the supreme title of “world champion all categories”.

World Championships for the female ones of the LSC JUDO

The selected senior ones and juniors

At the time of the world championships by teams of nations (female) which will proceed in Japan in Tokyo on 5 October, Fédéraion Française of Judo selected three levalloisiennes out of the seven committed ones.
It is thus an entirely recomposed team which will defend the tricolour colours.
First of all in -48kg Laëtitia PAYET, then Emmanuelle PAYET in -63kg and finally the small news with Levallois which is largest besides of the team by the size, Lucie LOUETTE in -78kg.

At the individual level, Jessy FLORENTIN (2nd with the Championships of Europe juniors) and Automne PAVIA (champion of France juniors) will go as for it from 23 to 26 October to Thailand to Bangkok to the championships of the world juniors.
Let us wish a good success with all for these first important tests of the season.

Good start of season among juniors

Our small news in the LSC JUDO, Jessy FLORENTIN, has just obtained in the category of - 70 kg, a beautiful second place with the championship of Europe juniors which was held from 12 to 14 September with Warsaw in Poland.
One season which starts well for Jessy and which, we hope for it, will be followed other quite as promising results for the whole of the Judo section of the LSC.

Large disappointment with elimination with the first turn of Gévrise EMANE vis-a-vis Spanish Leire IGLESIAS which will have left in its turn to the following combat preventing the fishing out Gévrise.
On its side, Matthieu DAFREVILLE created the surprise to go until in half final by respectively beating the Cuban Asley GONZALES by ippon then Italian Roberto MELONI by yuko and finally Brazilian Eduardo SANTOS by ippon on immobilisation.
The things are ensuites complicated, Matthieu using its sumi gaeshi which had saved it in the preceding combat but which was going to make it lose on counter with first of all finally table vis-a-vis Algerian Amar BENIKHLEF and then for the place of three vis-a-vis the Egyptian Hesham MESBAH. Damage but all the same a place of 5th unexpected for Matthieu.
The OJ are finished for the LSC Judo.
We will retain the beautiful money medal of Benjamin DARBELET whom you will find with the re-entry on the carpets of Levallois.
